Look What Santa Brought!
Shannon and Dave were married in 2006 at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis. They were the very first couple to hire me and pay me real money as I made the switch from film to digital and from being a pseudo professional to a full time photographer. Here’s a link to their Album. They must have been very good this year because Santa brought them a beautiful baby son on December 12th.

Oh my!!! I just loved these!! The one with the Mom and Dad holding cat and baby is hilarious!! What a precious boy. Just beautiful images, Vern, beautiful. Shannon and Dave you have a beautiful son!

I love the first one even though it gives me heart palpitations. We use tacks to hold up our socks, in this shot I suspect a hidden parental hand. The last shot is just precious, my favorite.

That first shot makes my heart thump too! Was there a hand photoshopped out, or am I missing the obvious magic?
There’s something so engaging about each photo - what a lucky little lad to have baby photos of this caliber (and such cool parents of course)!
So that’s where babies come from…I’ve been wondering. Absolutely “Verna-esque” beautiful pics my friend. Maybe sometime in the future H and I can hire you once again for such a job…(God willing of course). No news to report at this time, but always trying
